Job Title: Receptionist
Job Description: Receptionist

Leading Blackpool based service provider urgently requires a professional receptionist.

To provide a full reception and telephonist service to the business which ensures high internal and external customer satisfaction.

To provide full administration support to the Spares Department

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Processes all Reception calls forwarding and dealing with callers in a professional, customer friendly and timely manner, including the prompt forwarding of messages.

· Processes quickly and accurately all incoming and outgoing post.

· Meet and greet visitors, maintaining the visitor security process in an accurate and customer friendly manner.



· Order and issue stationery in accordance with the current company policy and maintain stock levels accordingly.

· Maintain up-to-date phone lists for the Blackpool site .

· Act as a full administration support function to the spares department, assisting with the input of new orders including enquiry information and orders supplied.

· Provides full secretarial and administrative support to the business as required.

KEY MEASURES
· Turnaround of incoming and outgoing post

· Response time to calls

· Customer satisfaction

· Quality, timeliness and accuracy of materials provided under administration support

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

· Sound secondary education

· PC and Systems literate

· Switchboard literate

· Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes software

· Experience of procurement of materials
