An excellent opportunity has become available for a Business Analyst, working for a large dynamic Insurance company based in Colchester, Essex.
All applicants should hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel to other sites within UK 1 - 2 days per week. Basic salary to £45,000 + car allowance (£4,200) + benefits + excellent career prospects. Experience: - - Extensive proven Business Analysis experience - Insurance background essential (personal lines experience preferred but not essential) - Experience of and involvement in the whole project lifecycle - IT Integration and software rollout experience, alternatively experience with systems in retail (or other areas where there is data capture and calculation). - Use of Business Analysis methodology i.e. structured approach, Liaison with and management of third party suppliers - Understanding of Project Management (not necessarily a full PM role) - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) - Able to communicate and deal with all levels of users and management - Requirements gathering, analysis, - Business Process mapping, analysis, definition of workarounds etc, - System testing, definition of approach - Day to day management - Organisational change management, - Negotiation ability - Ability to produce high quality documentation (reports, specifications, requirements etc.).
