Job Title: Sales Consultant
Job Description: Predominantly a telesales position, you will be managing sales processes and demonstrating on all Inbound and Outbound sales calls. Also may involve some liaising between existing customers & key suppliers, establishing and maintaining relationships with both. Additionally, the role may also involve ensuring on-going customer satisfaction, customer retention and growth in customer spend whilst identifying potential opportunities to provide additional services and support.
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Sale Enquiry Management (new customers)
 
-          Follow up sales enquiries generated by customer services & marketing
-          Manage inbound sales enquiries generated by customer services & marketing
-          Co-ordinate and perform software demonstrations (online and at exhibitions) for interested customers
-          Discuss benefits of supplier merchant accounts and integrate new account applications with software sales
-          Report on sales activity to assist with ongoing Marketing and Technical strategies
-          Refer brochure requests to dispatch department


Working closely with all departments but will be expected to be able to work independently from an early stage.

HOURS :

37.5 hours per week
08.50 – 5.30 pm (1 hour + 10 min break) Monday-Friday
