Leading car hire company are looking to fill a role for a Supervisor at their Glasgow Airport branch..
This role involves being responsible for the day to day running of the location with key focus being on revenue growth, people management, cost control & customer service. Candidates are required to pay close attention to detail & communicate effectively at all levels aswell to promote the sale of ancillary products & optimise KPI’S. Further responsibilities include • Ensuring the delivery of a high level of customer service to all customers • Responsibility for the day to day supervision of the branch in terms of shift patterns, renting & returning, completion of daily tasks. • Co-ordinate the development & coaching of the team • Drive sales of ancillary & maximise revenue growth Suitable applicants are required to have the following skills • Customer driven • Previous Operational supervisory / management experience • Target driven • Sales & Customer service experience • Enthusiastic, flexible & positive attitude towards selling • Effective people management skills • Customer Driven • Planning & organisation skills • Commercial awareness Competitive salary on offer plus bonus,this branch is open 7days a week shift work is included, flexibility is needed .
