Our client is a Central Government department servicing approximately 200 publicly funded bodies and several government departments, this department prides itself on it's highly exclusive public sector clientele. The Director of Finance, Planning and performance seeks a management accountant to join the team from now until Christmas.
The role will include production of all monthly management accounts,related analysis of accounts and other general ad hoc accounting duties required. You will join a very busy, fast paced team In a high pressured environment. We require someone with a good strength of management accounts knowledge as well as someone who has worked to strict deadlines. You will be qualified(ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or finalist and be immediately available.We seek a strategis thinker, with an analytical background if possible. A prior knowledge of government departments will be an advantage. You will be professional, determined and able to work well under pressure and will be welcomed into a close knit and supportive finance team who pride themselves on their efficiency and professionalism.
