Title: Recruitment Consultant Location: London Salary OTE: £35-45k Year 1 Do you have telesales experience? Company Profile: Real Resourcing is a multi sector recruitment company with offices in London, Nottingham, Birmingham and Amsterdam. Established in 1998, we specialise in supplying technology professionals at all levels throughout the Banking/Finance, Pharma, Commercial and Public Sectors across the UK. Real Resourcing are currently looking for people with telesales experience to join their well established London office in Soho Square as Recruitment Consultants. Recruitment: Involves building and managing relationships with senior management of organisations within your industry. You will have ownership of the complete sales lifecycle including identifying market opportunities, establishing relationships with clients, building networks of industry professionals (via telephone and face to face contact), using a variety of creative search techniques, organising and managing interview processes, negotiating and closing business with clients and managing accounts. You are effectively running your own business.
