Planner East Yorkshire £Neg + Bens
Our Client requires a planner with a civils bias, who has construction project planning experience which incorporates tender planning and contract planning. The projects, covering the public and private sectors, and will range in value up to £30m. The successful planner will be based at the head office in East Yorkshire but will be required to travel, visiting projects to provide assistance to project teams. Skills required include: At least 4 years experience in a construction planning position (other good candidates will be considered if the ability to carry out this role is demonstrated) Experience of planning £10m+ projects would be an advantage Knowledge of CS Project / Primavera planning software is desirable but not essential if computer literate You will be responsible for programming the sequences of events related to all projects through each stage from tender, through to design and construction. Key Duties include Pre-Tender Interview Pre-Tender negotiations, including outline construction design and information planning Tender Planning Positions carry competitive salaries matched to experience, company car or car allowance, Company contribution to pension scheme and generous holiday entitlement. |
