QUANTITY SURVEYOR HEAGE DERBYSHIRE
Our Client is a specialist division of one of the UK's largest and most successful privately owned companies in the UK. This division specialises in maintenance, refurbishment and fit out works for a variety of banks, offices, supermarkets, schools and leisure facilities throughout the UK. Their head offfice is based in Derbyshire with a regional office in Newcastle in the North East. The position will be office based with regular site visits to suit the need of the Client. You will ideally have experience of working on refurbishment contracts withn the retail sector up to a £3M but a mixed working environment will also be considered. Your duties will include procurement and management of sub contractors, valuations, cost reporting , final accounts and some estimating may be required at times. You will have regular Client contact so good interpersonal skills are required. Benefits include company car, contributory pension and private health |
