Interactive Marketing This is a great opportunity for an Account Manager to join this successful online direct marketing agency which represents some of the country's leading brands. The Account Manager will be working within its' email, SMS and data division. You should be a university graduate with some solid, relevant experience of online marketing and who wants to immerse themselves and build a career, in online marketing. You will work for an experienced account director & commercial director, shadowing the former in the first few weeks. You will be dealing with clients on a daily basis, predominantly by telephone at first and as your experience grows you will represent the company in meetings. You will need to be confident, a good communicator, have an eye for detail and great attention to detail, but most importantly be dedicated to achieving increased performance for our clients online marketing. The Role: •Manage the day to day email and data needs for a portfolio of up to 30 clients; •Generate interest from clients for incremental sales from existing and other company products and services; •Working with the email production team to ensure clients campaigns are processed and transmitted smoothly; •Follow up all campaign activity and produce timely campaign performance reports and reviews; •Producing winning sales proposals and presentations. Candidate ideal qualities: •A good understanding of the interactive marketing environment, and particularly email; •Ideally have proven telesales and customer-facing experience; •Organised, hardworking and willing to read about the online industry and associated practices, often in your own time; •A quick learner and can think clearly when under pressure; Benefits & Holidays: There will be an opportunity to join the company's pension scheme and health plan. You will have 5 weeks holiday pa. Hours of work: Core hours are 9.00am to 5:30pm and as an employee of a dynamic and hard working team you will occasionally be expected to work longer and flexible hours in order to meet the department and client's objectives. You must be able to live and work in the UK right now and demonstrate relevant experience in order to get an immediate interview.
