PRINCIPAL BUILDING SERVICES DESIGN ENGINEER - up to 55k - MANCHESTER
Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy in the UK. They have a number of offices across the UK, with overseas interests. They are presently seeking a principal mechanical building services design engineer to join their team in Manchester. You will be involved in a number of highly prestigious projects covering various sectors including the commercial, healthcare, educational and retail sectors. You will be involved with leading a team of engineers, acting as a mentor, design and checking of design and carrying out site meetings. You will be degree educated in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering. Ideally a member of CIBSE or working towards Chartership. You will also have UK experience in a senior building services role. You will receive £48K - £55K plus car allowance / car, pension, bonus healthcare and 25 days holiday.
