Our Client is one of the UK's leading Independent Service Providers, specialising in the provision of customer focused and tailored business solutions to the SME and Corporate Sector. In a highly competitive world it is the independent sector that continues to go from strength to strength.
Our client provides tailored mobility and office communications to business users in the UK working alongside network partners such as O2, Vodafone, Cable and Wireless and Gamma, Openreach and Thus. Due to expansion, our client requires a Fixed Line Administrator, to be the first point of contact for all fixed line accounts and related queries by phone and e-mail. Principle accountibilities: -Manage the day to day customer experience and their perception of the company. -This covers customer fault logging and troubleshooting, new orders, implementation of new accounts, assisting with the bill run, SME re-signs and preparation for review meetings. Customer -Proactive management of all designated fixed customers -To help prepare meeting material and reports for customers -Indirect management of smaller customers (via e-mail, phone etc) -Implementation of customer accounts including project management for larger accounts -Completion of all relevant day-to-day tasks (faults, new provides, billing queries etc) Database/Administration -To ensure all data on the customer management databases is updated accurately and promptly -To ensure and maintain all relevant customer Service Levels with regards to orders, faults and billing -To import daily call records and run fraud and customer reports -To provide monthly and bespoke customer reports upon request Product and Networks -To develop a strong knowledge of the product portfolio -To be a day-to-day contact with the fixed network operators particularly with regards to fault and order management Essential Experience: -Telecoms products and services such as CPS, WLR. ISDN, broadband -Strong in-house database skills -Strong PC skills particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint -Strong communications and customer management skills -Ability to deal with customer escalations and faults -Ability to work to tight deadlines and monthly targets/SLAs -Technical and network experience -Strong administrative and organisational skills In return you can expect: -Salary c£20k -Excellent training -Join a growing company -Join a very positive supportive team-working environment -Company benefits For more live jobs please visit www.inspirepeople.co.uk |
